PRICE REDUCTION

Infant 0/3 years old: free of charge (in parents’ bed)

EXTRA CHARGES

Baby’s crib 15 euros per stay (to pay in place)

RESERVATIONS

All bookings have to be confirmed:

• via email
• by a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the stay

All bookings include a free cleaning session every 3 days

PAYMENTS

• 30% of the cost of the stay must be paid in order to book the apartment
• 70% of the cost of the stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date

Payments can be done via bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

1. Cancellations must be done by email
2. Cancelled reservations’ penalties:

• 30 days before the date of arrival: no cancellation penalties are charged
• 29 up to 21 days before the date of arrival: deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the stay will be kept as a cancellation penalty
• from 20 days before the date of arrival and in case of no-show: 100% of the booking cost of the stay will be charged
• reduction in the number of nights of stay is considered as cancellation

HOUSE RULES

Fast check-in is provided.

Guests will receive an entrance code before arrival.

Check-in:    from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Check-out:  10.30 a.m.

Arrivals before or after the standard check-in time can be arranged, during the reservation, upon request and confirmation of the structure

Inside all apartments smoking is not allowed

Pets are not allowed.
