CONDITIONS<\/h2><h4>PRICE REDUCTION<\/h4><p>Infant 0\/3 years old: free of charge (in parents\u2019 bed)<\/p><h4>EXTRA CHARGES<\/h4><p>Baby\u2019s crib 15 euros per stay (to pay in place)<\/p><h4>RESERVATIONS<\/h4><p>All bookings have to be confirmed:<\/p><ul><li>via email<\/li><li>by a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the stay<\/li><\/ul><p>All bookings include a free cleaning session every 3 days<\/p><h4>PAYMENTS<\/h4><ul><li>30% of the cost of the stay must be paid in order to book the apartment<\/li><li>70% of the cost of the stay must be paid 20 days before the check-in date<\/li><\/ul><p>Payments can be done via bank transfer.<\/p><h4>CANCELLATION POLICIES<\/h4><ol><li>Cancellations must be done by email<\/li><li>Cancelled reservations\u2019 penalties:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>30 days before the date of arrival: no cancellation penalties are charged<\/li><li>29 up to 21 days before the date of arrival: deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the stay will be kept as a cancellation penalty<\/li><li>from 20 days before the date of arrival and in case of no-show: 100% of the booking cost of the stay will be charged<\/li><li>reduction in the number of nights of stay is considered as cancellation<\/li><\/ul><h4>HOUSE RULES<\/h4><p>Fast check-in is provided.<\/p><p>Guests will receive an entrance code before arrival.<\/p><p>Check-in:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.<\/p><p>Check-out:\u00a0 10.30 a.m.<\/p><p>Arrivals before or after the standard check-in time can be arranged, during the reservation, upon request and confirmation of the structure<\/p><p>Inside all apartments smoking is not allowed<\/p><p>Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TERMS &amp;
